WeldPatch Patch Kits

Weld Patch allows you to permanently repair your cracked alloy wheel by sealing the freshly welded crack, virtually eliminating weld failure.

Weld Patch will withstand the high temperatures of the wheel that are produced on a hours long trips or aggressive driving. It is virtually unbreakable and once installed properly you would have to grind it to have it removed.

If your wheel has multiple cracks… NO PROBLEM! Our record to date is 11 cracks repaired on one 24 inch wheel that is still being driven on to this day. That isn’t something you could ever do with just old fashioned welding.

Each kit has enough patches to do 24 weld seals.

Why use Weld Patch after welding?

Welded wheels recrack in the exact same spot 20% of the time and potentially ruining your tire. Our Weld Patch has a less that 1% failure rate after more than 5,000 patches installed.

Why can’t I just use my own tape?

Most tapes that you have access to are only good for up to 150 degrees and a wheel during a trip can reach almost double that.

How long will the Weld Patch last?

Although our process has only been around for a few years we have several customers with over 50,000 miles on them and are still leak free today.
