Return/Refund Policy

return/refund policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with original seal, packaging and outer wrapping intact. To complete your refund/return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of product.

Refund Status:

It can take up to 14 days after credit is issued for your refund to post to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.
